| | Rather then criticizing, trying to stifle or otherwise hampering progress for personal reasons or vendettas, we should all encourage and applaud progress. Especially when it's FREE! We should be working for the betterment of "Our" club and encouraging those who actually do. We have a beautiful resource (our property) which is being improved daily at no cost to the club, but rather personal donations and the love and labor of a few "Stand up" members of "Our" club. With a little more support "We" will also be privileged to have a bocci court on the Southwest corner of the building along the recently cleared out woods which revealed a nice view of the crick below. There will also be benches and eventually a shaded overhang or cover of some sort. Thank you AGAIN Bill Willis and your crew of "Stand Up" members who once again discreetly and without fanfare have contributed so much with so little. You truly emanate "Elks Care, Elks Share". Keep it up and with any luck we will receive a few more “Stand Up” people to contribute and assist. |
